Job summary

The role entails cross-functional collaboration with landlords, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

The candidate will oversee multi-site retail rollout programs, manage risk, and ensure safety and compliance from site assessment through turnover and grand opening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver new store openings, remodels, relocations, and capital projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design compliance.
• Review drawings and specs for constructability and compliance with standards.
• Monitor progress, safety, quality, and budget performance across multiple sites.
• Closeout stores with turnover, warranties, and operating manuals.
