Qualifications

• Operate a cash register following company policies and procedures.
• Possess basic DIY skills and familiarity with hardware/home improvement products.
• Be available for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts with short-notice flexibility.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and handle merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain a safe, organized store.
• Safely operate store equipment (e.g., ladders, tools).
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
