Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a team member to clean office spaces, restrooms, break and lunchroom areas, remove trash, and operate floor cleaners and power washers. This role supports store operations across PA, MD, VA, WV, and NJ, emphasizing safety and teamwork.

You will follow schedules, use PPE, dust and wash surfaces, mop floors, and ensure spills are promptly addressed. Must read English, meet physical requirements, and pass probation.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without accommodation
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools for this job
• Must complete the company introductory period (30 or 60 days)
• Must read, write, and communicate in English for job and safety regulations
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance
• Must perform all job functions safely
• Must agree to wear proper clothes and shoes approved for this job

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare equipment and supplies
• Clean and vacuum office and conference space floors
• Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas
• Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washer for sidewalks
• Dust and wash surfaces
• Wash mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms
• Resupply items as needed
• Use floor cones to designate hazardous floor conditions
