Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a team member to clean office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, and store areas. You will operate floor cleaners, power washers, and vacuums, remove trash, and respond to spills while following PPE and safety rules.

This role requires reliable attendance, ability to read and understand safety regulations in English, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will contribute to a clean, healthy environment for teammates and customers across our regional stores.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position
• Able to use or learn PPE and cleaning equipment
• Must complete the introductory period (30 or 60 days)
• Must read, write, and communicate in English regarding the job and safety rules

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare supplies and PPE
• Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference spaces
• Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas
• Remove trash, operate compactor/bailer, and clean spills with power washer
• Dust and wash surfaces; scrub mirrors and glass
• Wash and maintain floors and equipment in break rooms and restrooms
• Resupply items as needed and follow safety cues for hazardous areas
