Job summary

The GIANT Company in Lititz, PA is seeking to fill a cleaning-focused role to maintain office spaces, restrooms, break areas, and common areas. The team member will follow PPE guidelines, review schedules, and ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English for safety and job duties.
• Able to meet ergonomic and physical requirements; complete the probationary period (30 or 60 days).
• Must learn to use the equipment and tools required for this role.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely and meet attendance standards.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare PPE and supplies.
• Clean and vacuum floors in office and conference spaces.
• Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
• Remove trash, operate compactor/bailer, and power wash sidewalks.
• Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, and equipment in break rooms and restrooms.
• Resupply items as needed and designate hazardous floor areas with cones.
