Job summary

Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking Retail Store Associates to greet customers, process donations, and operate the checkout. You will merchandise donated goods, maintain store cleanliness, and provide outstanding service with the organization’s values of love, kindness, and respect.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, with part-time hours available and a weekend wage supplement. Starting pay is $15.00/hour with a $1.00/hour weekend bonus, plus eligibility for monthly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with shoppers kindly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Receive donations from the public and sort merchandise.
• Operate the cash register and balance cash as scheduled.
• Maintain neat, organized fixtures and merchandise on the sales floor.
• Meet daily production goals and support team needs.
