Job summary

Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking a Part-Time Retail Store Associate to provide outstanding customer service while sorting and merchandising donated goods. This position is located in Ankeny South and requires availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.

The starting wage is $15.00/hour with an additional $1.00/hour for weekend shifts. Benefits include eligibility for monthly bonuses based on store performance and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to carry, lift, push or pull 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and engage with customers.
