Job summary

The Crown Store in New Bremen, Ohio, is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to support online orders, invoicing, and in-store guest service. You will coordinate orders across multiple departments, process payments, prepare international shipping paperwork, and maintain backroom organization.

You will assist guests, answer questions, manage daily sales reports, update pricing and product photography on the website, and support merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Very little to no travel.
• Overnight stays unlikely.

Responsibilities

• Online Orders and Invoicing - Coordinate online orders with multiple web applications for multiple Company departments and communicate with order customers.
• Vendor Shipments/Merchandise Processing - Receive, unpack, and inspect new shipments; enter inventory and adjust pricing; prepare paperwork for invoices.
• Store Front Sales - Serve guests and employees, assist customers with questions and purchases, answer phone, maintain store appearance.
• Miscellaneous - Update daily sales reports, organize storage and merchandising, assist in monthly reports and special projects.
