Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Associate to welcome customers, process donations, and merchandise goods on the sales floor. You will operate the cash register, balance cash, and provide outstanding service with our values of love, kindness, and respect.

Positions are 38-40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday 8 am–10 pm and Sunday 11 am–6 pm, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or currently attending high school
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Able to tolerate variations in work environment temperature
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Pass criminal background checks

Responsabilités

• Greet, assist, and engage with customers and merchandise donated goods
• Receive donations from the public
• Sort donations and organize merchandise on the sales floor
• Operate cash register and balance cash as scheduled
• Carry out general cleaning tasks and fixture maintenance
• Meet daily production goals
• Other duties as assigned
