Reporting to the General Manager, the Retail Store Associate is responsible for completing duties as assigned according to production and workflow standards, as well as ensuring a positive customer experience in both the front and back of the store.

This job operates in a retail environment with merchandise displays and items available for purchase in inventory.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is regularly required to communicate verbally and apply active listening skills. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
This is a non-exempt position. Hours vary based on the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time positions are scheduled for 30-40 hours per week, part-time for 16-24 hours per week.
