Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments to customers.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support stock replenishment, truck unloading, planograms, and store recovery to maintain in-stock conditions.
