Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Memphis is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations and manage the stocking team.

You will work closely with store management to supervise deliveries, merchandise flow, and cleanliness while driving performance and ensuring safety and policy compliance. The role offers full-time hours, opportunities for growth in a caring, inclusive environment, and a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 to $17.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coaching associates and recognizing performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate workload planning and schedule adherence.
