Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area and work closely with Store Management. You’ll direct unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor while upholding safety and standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to eliminate shortage and promote safety.
• Direct associates and workload; coach in the moment and provide recognition.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
