Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Tinley Park, IL. You will lead the Back of House operations, supervise associates, and coordinate receiving, unloading, sorting, and merch flow to the sales floor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving stock to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety policies; monitor for shrink and safety.
• Direct workload and supervise associates; contribute to weekly planning meetings.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
