Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area, working closely with Store Management to drive daily operations.

You will supervise receiving deliveries, unload and sort merchandise, maintain back-of-house organization, enforce asset protection, and coach associates while planning weekly workload.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or big-box environment.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Capability to lift/store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates, workload, and accountability for productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
