Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations at our store.

You will supervise receiving, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor, while partnering with store management to drive efficiency and results. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to manage back-of-house operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines while driving team productivity.
• Direct associates, plan weekly workload, and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate meal/break periods and ensure schedule adherence.
