Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Easton is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House area, coordinating receiving, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.

You will partner with Store Management and guide a team to drive results and maintain store standards. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload, monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and provide recognition.
