Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Colonial Heights, VA. You will lead the back-of-house, oversee receiving, sortation, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor, and partner with Store Management to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price/big box or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations including receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and moving merchandise to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization at standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection to minimize shortages and promote safety for customers and associates.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance in the moment.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and assist in recruiting and onboarding new associates.
