Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving team. You will be the main leader for the Back of House area and a stepping-stone to store management, directing merchandise flow and ensuring safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor)
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standard
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortage
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines
• Direct workload and supervise associates to meet productivity targets
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
