Job description

Job Title: Supervisor (Full-Time)

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high-performing team who is empowered and equipped to do their job. You will understand the importance of your work and take pride in your contributions. This role is ideal if you have recent leadership experience and are passionate about a career in retail.

The anticipated rate for this position is $19.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible associates can enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Additionally, associates accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, which includes PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year is also provided unless otherwise required by law.

Work schedules are respectful and during operating hours of 6 am to 10 pm.

• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
