Job description

Job Title: Supervisor (Full-Time)

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high-performing team who is empowered and equipped to do their job. You will understand why your work matters and be able to take pride in what you do! This role is ideal if you have recent leadership experience and are passionate about a career in retail.

The anticipated rate for this position is $17.75 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible associates can enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, which includes PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year is also provided unless otherwise required by law.

Work hours are respectful, operating from 6 am to 10 pm.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure and model professional customer service

• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking/sales associate duties
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned
