Supervisor (Full-Time)

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high-performing team who is empowered and equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and be able to take pride in what you do! This role is ideal if you have recent leadership experience and are passionate about a career in retail.

The anticipated rate for this position is $21.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible associates can enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year is also provided unless otherwise required by law.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking/sales associate duties and responsibilities

• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
