Job Title: Supervisor (Full-Time)

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high-performing team who is empowered and equipped to do their job. You will understand why your work matters and be able to take pride in what you do! This role is ideal if you have recent leadership experience and are passionate about a career in retail.

The anticipated rate for this position is $19.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance. Eligible associates can enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours per year, including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick time is up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Work hours are respectful, operating from 6am to 10pm.

• Ensure and model professional customer service

• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
