The TJX Companies, Inc. West Chester OH store is seeking a team member to deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You may support multiple areas of the store and participate in promotions of credit and loyalty programs, while upholding store standards. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, a flexible schedule, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
