Job summary

Michaels in Epping, NH is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, assisting with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and supporting store operations such as planograms and safety programs. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform routine store duties.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers about VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and planograms.
• Support merchandise recovery and store maintenance to stay well-merchandised.
