Michaels Stores in Epping, NH is seeking a friendly retail team member to help customers, keep the store organized, and provide fast checkout.

You will assist shoppers, stock shelves, participate in truck unloading, and support omnichannel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store. This role emphasizes customer service, compliance with SOPs, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Team member must be able to lift and stock merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; maintain positive, respectful conduct
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
