Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. invites applicants for Stock Support and Fulfillment roles in our Nordstrom Rack locations. The positions focus on keeping the salesfloor runway ready, assisting customers through POS transactions, and maintaining organized stockrooms with accurate ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to keep the salesfloor runway ready and refreshed through re-merchandising.
• Assist customers at the register across in-store, online and mobile platforms using POS systems.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and returning items to floor.
• Keep stockrooms tidy and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise in store technologies used by Nordstrom.
• Promote and assist with Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Receive, unload freight and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling areas.
• Fulfill customer orders and prepare/ship orders following standards.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process and research shipments.
• Provide general store support such as events, backroom setup and relocations.
