Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Sportsbook Ticket Writer in Louisiana. You will deliver outstanding customer service at our retail sportsbook, guide novice bettors, and act as the face of the operation while upholding regulatory and company standards.

You will handle cash transactions, maintain accuracy, and engage customers about betting options. A flexible schedule, background check, gaming license, and vendor certification are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• HS diploma or GED required; equivalent accepted.
• 21+ years of age or older.
• Pass background check.
• Must obtain gaming license from LA Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions as needed.
• Must obtain Responsible Vendor Certification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Compliance with company and LA Gaming Control Board rules.

Responsibilities
