Big Daddy’s Liquors in South Florida is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to assist customers, process transactions, and keep the sales floor well merchandised. You will learn our product range, help customers find what they need, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or liquor stores preferred with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products.
• Promote current specials, suggest products, and encourage loyalty program sign-ups.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Check customer IDs and follow policies for responsible alcohol sales.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online orders for pickup.
• Receive deliveries, replenish shelves, organize backstock, and assist with inventory counts.
• Keep shelves, displays, and signage organized and properly labeled.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and checkout area.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management of issues.
