Big Daddy’s Liquors in South Florida seeks an energetic Sales Associate to assist customers, process transactions, merchandise the floor, and support daily store operations. A friendly, dependable attitude and strong communication are essential for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Experience with POS systems and a willingness to learn about wines and spirits are a plus. Availability for weekends/holidays is required to meet store needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable customer service and strong communication.
• Able to thrive in a busy retail environment.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Wine, spirits, or retail sales experience preferred, with a willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on preferences.
• Promote current specials and loyalty program participation.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
• Check IDs and follow policies for responsible alcohol sales.
• Prepare online orders for pickup and assist with inventory counts.
• Keep shelves, displays and signage organized and clean.
