Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required
• Lead and hold others accountable

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience
• Train and coach team members to meet Target’s guest experience commitments
• Lead a team of consultants and oversee daily workload
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals
• Maintain department and store standards in merchandising, signage and planograms
• Assist with onboarding and development of team members
