Job summary

Soccer Post is seeking a friendly Retail Specialist to bring the authentic Soccer Post experience to life in our Wilmington, DE stores. You will help customers find gear, explain products, and create an inviting in-store atmosphere while supporting daily operations.

This entry-level to mid-level role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a passion for soccer, with weekend availability required. In-person work location and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing national soccer retailer.

• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas
• Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items
• Support team inventory and other store operations
• Handle phone inquiries professionally
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly

What You'll Do

As a Retail Specialist you'll bring the authentic Soccer Post experience to life by helping customers find gear they love and the products they need. You'll be a key part of creating an inviting store atmosphere and supporting the daily operations that keep our stores running strong.

You Will

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Retail experience (preferred), customer service mindset (required!)
• Soccer background - player, coach, or fan (a big plus!)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitude
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to thrive in a busy environment and assist multiple customers at once

• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
