Job summary

Soccer Post is seeking a Retail Specialist to deliver an authentic in-store experience by helping customers find gear and products they need. You’ll contribute to creating an inviting store atmosphere and support daily operations.

The role requires weekend availability and a passion for soccer. Prior retail and customer service experience is preferred, with bilingual Spanish/English a plus. This is a full-time, in-person position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Retail experience (preferred), customer service mindset (required!).
• Soccer background — player, coach, or fan (a big plus!).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitude.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

What You’ll Do
