Soccer Post is hiring a Retail Specialist to deliver an authentic store experience. You will help customers find gear, maintain an inviting atmosphere, and support daily operations in a fast-paced, soccer-focused environment.

Weekend availability is required. A background in soccer is a plus, with opportunities to grow in a nationwide retailer committed to community and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Retail experience (preferred), customer service mindset (required!).
• Soccer background — player, coach, or fan (a big plus!).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitude.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

What You’ll Do

As a Retail Specialist you’ll bring the authentic Soccer Post experience to life by helping customers find gear they love and the products they need. You’ll be a key part of creating an inviting store atmosphere and supporting the daily operations that keep our stores running strong.
