Job summary

Soccer Post in San Jose, CA is seeking a Retail Specialist to bring the authentic Soccer Post experience to life, helping customers find gear they love and the products they need while creating an inviting store atmosphere.

You will greet shoppers, understand their needs, recommend the best products, assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and keep the sales floor and stock areas organized. Weekend availability and a minimum 15 hours per week are required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience (preferred), customer service mindset (required!)
• Soccer background - player, coach, or fan (a big plus!)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitude
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
