Spinoso Realty Group is seeking a Specialty Leasing Manager to drive revenue through non-traditional retail opportunities at a large mall asset. The role blends sales, business development, and operations to maximize income and optimize the tenant mix.

You will develop programs, secure new tenants, manage pipelines, and coordinate all tenant setup and compliance while supporting budgeting and reporting efforts. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field.
• Willingness to conduct regular in-person canvassing (1–2 days per week).
• Experience in specialty leasing, retail leasing, or commercial real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Specialty Leasing program and budget.
• Prospect, identify, and secure new specialty retailers through canvassing and relationship-building.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track activity.
• Negotiate and execute license agreements to meet revenue goals.
• Coordinate setup, relocation, and breakdown of tenants.
• Collaborate with leasing and management teams on merchandising strategy.
