Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find their perfect mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will guide shoppers with a low-pressure, educational approach and close sales across evenings, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMatch system; guide customers with low-pressure, educational approach.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles and maintain showroom.
• Utilize tablets and POS to complete transactions and provide product information.
