Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Retail Real Estate Manager to guide site selection, due diligence, and lease negotiations for 1,000+ locations across 15 states and DC. You will partner with brokers, architects, and legal teams to optimize the bank's retail footprint while maintaining brand standards and risk controls.

In this role you will analyze markets, model financials, and lead cross-functional collaboration with design and construction teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Master's Degree preferred.
Corporate real estate designations (MCR, QPCR) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead site selection process for new locations and relocations.
Work with brokers and architects to perform due diligence on properties.
Articulate business terms and financial impact for modeling and business cases.
Partner with legal counsel and brokers to negotiate leases aligning with strategy and risk tolerance.
Coordinate with internal design and construction teams to ensure smooth leasing-to-construction handoff.
Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders on site search progress and drivers.
Travel up to 25% of time.
