Citizens Bank is seeking a Retail Real Estate Manager to guide site selection, due diligence, and lease negotiations for 1,000+ locations across 15 states and DC. You will partner with brokers, architects, and legal teams to optimize the bank's retail footprint while maintaining brand standards and risk controls.
In this role you will analyze markets, model financials, and lead cross-functional collaboration with design and construction teams.
As part of the Retail Strategy & Leasing Team in the Property Services organization, the Retail Real Estate Manager will work together with a team of highly skilled corporate real estate professionals to expand and optimize the bank's retail portfolio consisting of 1,000+ locations across 15 states and Washington DC. You will lead site selection, due diligence, and lease negotiation for a portion of the retail real estate portfolio as the bank looks to optimize and expand, while working closely with key stakeholders and partners to deliver on our obligations.
The salary range for this position is $116,000.00- $146,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
