Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash in Greenville, OH is seeking a Site Manager to lead and motivate a team, ensure smooth store operations, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and profitability.

You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling and inventory, supervise daily workflows, maintain the facility, and uphold safety standards while building strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Formación

• Associate's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's daily operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the tunnel equipment and general facilities maintenance.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, vendors, and employees.
• Exemplifies a strong safety mindset and strict adherence to protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
