Circle K is seeking a full-time Site Manager in San Diego to lead store operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will manage tasks, schedules, merchandising, and safety while maintaining a professional image with suppliers and the community.

Responsibilities include planning actions to meet site goals, supervising reports, and enforcing company standards across all areas of the store, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties described below.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment use per CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, cash, notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees per guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, counseling and separation.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve complaints promptly.
• Promote safe, positive community image.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback in writing.
• Train staff on customer service, site image and safety procedures.
• Ensure timely and clear store communications with the Market Manager.
• Plan actions to hit site objectives and organize files and reports.
• Supervise merchandising, posting of required signs and reports.
