Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Full-time Site Manager (Retail) in San Diego, CA. This role focuses on leading store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will organize tasks, train employees, manage scheduling, and maintain store standards while promoting a safe and engaging shopping environment. The position requires strong leadership, retail experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities described.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment and materials used in CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to supervise and manage site functions and reports.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well presented.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Promote safe, positive image within the community.
