Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrance/exit and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers entering or exiting with a warm, confident greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in shortage reduction programs and train associates on procedures.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and enforce safety standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support a secure shopping environment.
