Job summary

Wynwood Walls Retail Shop is seeking an experienced Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in a vibrant Miami area location.

The role involves supporting the General Manager with scheduling, training, and performance oversight, while ensuring procedures are followed and a high level of service is maintained. The position supports e-commerce fulfillment and in-store operations with a collaborative team spirit.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with light physical work (lifting, standing).
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and support team members.
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling and training.
• Ensure high customer service standards and store procedures.
• Oversee inventory counts, stock levels, and replenishment.
• Review sales trends and help prepare reports and purchasing recommendations.
• Oversee e-commerce fulfillment, including orders and shipping.
• Maintain organized backstock, inventory, and fulfillment areas.
• Communicate staffing, sales, and operational updates to management.
• Support sales objectives and enforce store standards.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and a welcoming environment.
