Job summary

CVS Health in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The role leads the staff when managers are unavailable and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will work with store management to drive performance, assist customers, maintain product presentation, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
