Responsibilities

• Management: Work with store management and crews, supervise the crew, and communicate information.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture, handle complaints, protect confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price, stock, display, inventory, and reset departments per plans.
