Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure execution of tasks.
• Direct and follow up on activities to maintain store standards.
• Communicate information effectively between management and team.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, issues, and complaints per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure correct signage.
