Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and store performance in North Bergen, NJ. You will lead staff when managers are off-site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions and complaints, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring displays and stock are up-to-date according to planograms.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
