Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Help achieve store sales, expenses, and profit goals.
• Educate customers and donors about Goodwill programs and mission services.
• Sort and grade merchandise, price items, and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain attractive displays and proper signage.
• Prepare reports, control store expenses, and ensure compliance with loss prevention policies.
• Supervise and train staff; lead weekly training and set performance standards.
• Support flexible scheduling incl. evenings, weekends, holidays.
