CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Fort Myers, FL. You will support the Store Management team, oversee staff during shifts, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed efficiently.

Key duties include supervising crew, maintaining strong customer service, merchandising, and ensuring stock and displays are properly managed. Flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends is required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

• Manage and support store operations alongside Store Management.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews about issues and updates.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive CVS experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and high service standards.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and weekly promos.
• Reset departments following POGs and ensure inventory accuracy.
